Wodon wear plates are manufactured by welding one or multiple wear-resistant layers onto a medium or low carbon steel base plate. These plates feature a high chromium carbide overlay, providing excellent wear and impact resistance.

Wodon wear plates are versatile and used to manufacture complex wear parts for high-wear environments. Equipped with advanced processing machines, including six plasma cutting machines and four bending/pressing machines, we offer precise and efficient customization according to customer drawings.

Wear Pipes:

We offer high-quality wear pipes manufactured using three methods:

  1. Steel pipes with base material and overlay, welded with automatic welding machines for smooth surfaces.
  2. Bending wear plates into round pipes.
  3. Assembling wear plates into square pipes.

Our automatic welding process ensures metallurgical bonding and supports pipe diameters up to 80mm and lengths up to 3000mm.

Wear Elbows:

Wear plates are welded directly onto the elbow wall, creating lobster-back bend wear plates for tube applications.
