10CrMo910 is a high-pressure boiler steel grade, containing chromium and molybdenum as its main alloying elements.
10CrMo910, with increased molybdenum and chromium, provides greater heat and corrosion resistance than 16Mo3 & 13CrMo45. Again the material is a pressure vessel grade steel for use in elevated temperature service. We supplies 10CrMo910 to fabricators serving the oil and gas industry. 10crmo910 alloy pipe is used for heating surface pipes of low and medium pressure boilers (working pressure is generally not greater than 5.88Mpa and working temperature below 450 ° C), for high pressure boilers (working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa and working temperature is 450 – 650° C Between) heating surface pipes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, pipes for petrochemical industries, etc.

10CrMo910 is commonly used for manufacturing of heating and ventilation systems, pressure vessels, and boilers that operate at high temperatures and high pressures. This grade can withstand high-temperature conditions up to 580°C and has good corrosion resistance and toughness.
